Damn this girl is filipina to the bone!
I can't leave shoes out without her trying them on!
Freakin' hilarious. Can't believe how big she is now. Where did my baby go?

I also missed my god son Aiden's 5th Birthday :(
She goes to the same school that Alex and Tony went to and has some of the same teachers too. She's doing really well! They post grades on the internet every week and I was truly impressed when I saw this:
So much that I even let her get away with a messy room for the last 2 weeks!
The pyramid:
And the guys version of the pyramid. Not bad!
And the family and friends below hanging out in the V.I.P. cabana (yes...I do think we're cool :))
These boys (Aiden and Brandon) were always on the move, I could barely take any pictures of them besides this:
Alexa was lovin' the water, but I think that the chlorine or hot sun was getting to her. She seemed a little out of it as the day went by.
Here's the one pic that I caught that wasn't such a "pose". I'd try to direct her, by telling her just to move and then she started doing the robot!!!! LOL! This girl is definitely from Long Beach! She cracked up at her own self and I finally got something natural:
Tina's daughter Charlize:
Olivia grubbin' on some ice cream!
My brother and his good friends Matt and Frank:
Alexa's first time in the lazy river!
Knocked out with Grandma Del:
My closest girlfriends and I trying to live up our youth:
Cousins Tony and Calvin were there to celebrate with us.
My good friends Eleanor and Shawne celebrated her first wedding anniversary that day as well. They were the ones that got married in Cancun last year. We headed to her house afterwards for some yummy BBQ and spirits! Our friend Michelle even found some cake mix and baked Alexa and Sam a birthday cake! Eleanor found 2 tea lights and Sam blew out one and Alexa blew out the other!

My friends and I had a bonfire in Huntington Beach with all the kids. It was so much fun! The kids really enjoyed themselves. Alexa was completely independent and played in the sand all day and night! Although she did start to get a cold. Runny nose and sand just isn't a good mixture.

And Alexa with her very first Lollipop! (I still can't believe I let her have that!)

They have been great friends since the 1st grade. Now they will be going on to the same middle school and hopefully High School. She's got such a great group of friends that she met at Los Cerritos. I don't think it's hitting her yet. But she'll miss it there. All she's thinking of is the last day of school. She goes back for a half day tomorrow...just to pick up yearbooks and have a 5th grade picnic! I think that it will definitely hit her tomorrow.
